We deliver across the United States, and shipping costs will change based on your shipping address and will be added during checkout.

For items stocked in one of our warehouses, anticipate a delivery window of 3-10 business days. For other products coming from one of our global repositories, the transit takes 7-20 business days, depending on your location.

Strategically stationed across the USA, ELGNT DSYN' s warehouses and logistics partners are able to serve customers across the country.

Our warehouses are stocked with a wide variety of products, however, in the event that our warehouses are out of a particular product and if we-are back ordered on production, we will get to your order in the order it was received.

Handling times usually take 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our logistics partners. Shipping times then vary based on your location.

Enjoy free shipping for all orders over $100. For orders below $100, rates will vary based on your location and will be added during checkout.

Note: Heavy and fragile items incur additional shipping charges that are levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

If something doesn’t quite fit or you decide you want something else from our store, no worries - return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Note: There’s a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing fees that are not refunded to us by Shopify when we process a cancellation. ELGNT DSYN does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

We know how frustrating this can be. Once we have confirmed the defect, we will send you a brand new item. If a return is necessary, rest assured, we cover shipping costs.

We’ll send you instructions for how to return the damaged or defective item. Kindly, complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

Our return team will provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. Once we receive the product, expect your return to be processed within 2 business days.

Please include a tracking number for us with the returned item, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and we receive them.

We can cancel your order as long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment already. Unfortunately Shopify does not refund us the transaction processing fees, so there is a 5% cancellation fee to cover these costs.

It is not possible to cancel items that are made to order once production has started. This policy applies to a variety of products such as chandeliers, furniture items, and any other items that are created specifically for a customer’s order.

Orders are often submitted for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we will be able to cancel the order.

If your order has already been shipped, then you must follow our return policy listed above in order to get a refund. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out.
